JPG's fragrance division (licensed to Puig) made its name with Le Mâle (1995), a lavender-mint-cinnamon fougère designed by Francis Kurkdjian that became one of the best-selling men's fragrances in Europe for over a decade. The house's signature is the torso-shaped bottle and the bold, sweet, projection-heavy compositions aimed at the nightclub demographic.
